VPN issues

Until about a week ago or maybe less I was able to use the VPN client on my Galaxy S8+ and other phone Galaxy S7 to connect to my VPN servers.

Background

I have several VPN servers at various locations. All running a flavor of Linux and Poptop VPN Server

I use the native VPN client on the phones to connect to these VPN servers

I have had no problems connecting to them until less than a week ago. Not sure of exact day.

Neither of my phones can connect to the VPN servers now when on the Verizon Cellular Network.

When they are connected to a wireless network then they connect just fine.

Also all of my coworkers who are on the Verizon Network are now having the same issues. A few others who are on T-mobile are working fine.

I administer the VPN servers so I can say without at doubt that nothing has changed on them and that is all they are used for.

Ok I can understand if it is 1 or a few phones that can't connect or maybe to 1 or a few of the VPN Servers but this is across the board only with phones connected to the Verizon Wireless Network.

It is soooooo obvious that it is something that Verizon has done that is causing this not to work. Worked great before and now doesnt and nothing has changed on the server or the client.

What gives!?

Here is what the log says on the VPN server
