My User ID and Password works online, but I cannot get it to work on my Android Razr. Is there a solution to this problem?
User ID & Password to what? Verizon online? Email? What? If email, you have to set that up. Or download the app for the basic email programs. If trying to use the Verizon app on your phone it has to be your phone number and password or your unique name and password. Do it over cellular first. You can also use it over wifi. Good Luck
