My phone, a Droid Turbo, has all of a sudden stopped sending text messages. It will send one or two and then it will fail on the next one. I have to reboot the phone and then it starts all over again. I tried clearing the cache partition. No help. Any Ideas?

What messaging app are you using (Message+)? Are you getting error messages or what does it do when it stops sending?
What part of the country are you located in? seems to be a common theme with texting problems today.
