Droid Razr 4.1.2 keeps displaying text msg not sent even after I have deleted all text msgs. How do I clear this from my phone?

Several other forum discussions have suggested:

  • Install the Handcent SMS application from Google Play
  • Open Handcent SMS
  • Go to Menu ->More + -> Undelivered messages
  • You can see the message(s) that have not been delivered and delete them.

Doormaker, let's clean things up a bit. Did you download a 3rd party text messaging application to your device? Are you using the standard text messaging feature on that phone?

I'll be happy to clarify that for you! Third party text messaging apps are apps that were downloaded onto the phone. It's any app that didn't come preinstalled on the device.
