The past few days now my phone has a new issue: I can't even plug my phone into my car charger or wall charger because it beeps or vibrates in and out of charging over and over again!
I can't wait to get rid of this horrible phone, however I still have to deal with this phone for a few months.
Hello bagogirl! I'm very sad to see that you're having difficulty getting your Stratosphere charged. I see that this intermittent connection problem occurs with different chargers. That indicates a problem with the device itself rather than the chargers you're using. Has the Stratosphere been damaged? When connecting charger cables to it, do you feel the connection as solid or is it loose? Is the device being moved about when connected to the charger?
Answers to these questions may help us to determine what's causing this behavior. Thanks so much!
