Samsung Stratosphere - when connected to a wireless network, it rarely connects to the internet

I find that I need to disconnect from any available wireless network to access the internet....why would this be?

Hey there mizelana,

Let's get you up and running on the Samsung Stratosphere.  That's odd that it does not work correctly when connected to WiFi.  Is it all WiFi connections or just a specific one?  Can you connect to the Verizon 3G/4G network ok?  Try a soft reset on the device and test again,http://vz.to/1d4yXJi.
