I would greatly appreciate help with this, so here's the deal. I've had my Stratosphere for a few weeks and I've only started to experience problems a few days ago. Currently, my problem is that the 4G LTE sim card will not register on the phone or the computer. This suddenly happened out of nowhere. I woke up one morning and I could not access the card. I restarted my phone (a few times) and it did a media scan, but only scanned sim card to 1% and then went to phone memory. It never gave me any kind of error, but I couldn't access any information on my sim card. I tried to reformat, but when I went to back up the information onto my computer, the computer didn't even register that there was anything attached. And I made sure to check the mass media storage (or whatever it is) on my phone like I had done in the past to transfer files onto the sim card, but it didn't work this time. I also tried to reformat the card without backing up, but I the option was faded out because the phone wasn't even registering the sim card. I've also tried removing and replacing the card but with no success.
Is there anything anyone can suggest for me to do? I'm really at the end of my rope.
It sounds like you're talking about the SD card (removable data storage), not the SIM card. A couple of people have reported SD card issues with the Stratosphere here. Try looking at this thread and at this one.
