Reserved an S7 at Sam's club but order doesn't show?

I pre-order an S7 via Sam's Club as there were offering a $100 gift card. I got an email confirming it was on "reserve" and would be in on March 1oth. I went to store & talked to employee at Sam's & he said it should show as on order in my Verizon devices. However it does not show ordered there or on Sam's club website. How do I know if it really is on order? also I am suppose to get the free VR gear once activation is completed. My there was no mention of the free Gear 2 watches offer. Nor have I seen any mention in other ads anywhere except for when the S7 was first offered for ordering via Verizon. Is this the only place that you can choose the watch vs the VR? Would I have the choice after I get the phone ad the promo site?

The promotional page says the S2 offer is for vzw.com or telesales orders only and does not include in-store or other orders.  I'm not familiar with what exactly Sam's Club is offering.

If you ordered at sam club you wont be able to see anywere on Verizon your order.  However if you go to upgrade your phone on Verizon site, it will say your line isn't elligble.  You could use this to verify that sams club actually ordered.   You will not get the VR glasses unless sams club is also offering them.
