RAZR HD System update failed (XT926)

Hy,

I have a Razr HD from the USA, but use in Europe in GSM network. In the past I have never problems with system updates, but 4.4.2 update all the time have the message : System update failed. The device is non-rooted and I use in a GSM network. The current version of android is : 9.18.94.XT926.Verizon.en.US and the baseband version is Vaquish_BP_100730.151.64.17P.

Please somebody help me.

Never fear help is here! Let's get your phone acting right!

Do you currently have service with VZW? The latest software version is
182.46.10.XT926.Verizon.en.US. I suggest connecting to WiFi and try pulling the software update again. Keep me posted if you are still getting the error message.

Dear Verizon,

Like I said, I live in Europe (In Hungary) and use this phone in VODAFONE hungarian service (The phone accept all GSM service outside US) . I had the last 3 update (from 04/2013) wihout any problem. Only the last update (4.4.2 KitKat) has problems, and I tried 7 or 8 times, and all the time the problem is the same, at approximately 30% of installing update, the android logo has red triangle, and start the phone with software update failed message.

Please If somebody has the same issue, help me.
