I have Samsung a10e prepaid which has not completed 60 days to unlock. But due to coronavirus, I am unexpectedly traveling back to South Korea, and I need to use this Verizon phone because my original phone is dead. I would like to insert my korean SIM card to the phone, but:
1) I do not know if the policy changed since I read this answer in 2015(link below), where they said no prepaid 4G LTE devices are locked.
2) How do I check if my phone is locked?
3) Do I still have to keep paying for Verizon prepaid service, while I am in Korea? If not, does it require an activation fee, once I return back to the US during summer?
