When my phone rings I am not able to answer. It doesn't show the ring display and I have to hang up and hope they leave a voicemail. Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your device. Being able to answer the phone is a major feature that is needed. What make/model phone do you have? What shows on the screen when the phone does ring? Have you downloaded any new apps or software around the time this issue began?
