This has been killing me. I've been waiting for ages and Verizon doesn't even have the decency to give us and update? I'm not even asking for a date, just a heads up about the massive delay.

Inventory bro... It's so obvious. There is a 3-4 month delay on all orders outside of GPS and Motorola's website. Wouldn't surprise me if Verizon is hording shipments because they'll get heat if people have to wait that long. Just look at the iPhone orders for an example.

Add me to the list of waiting for the Nex6. I was really hoping it would be announced as part of a Black Friday Promo, but that day has not come and gone, still no Nex6.
My 2nd choice is also the Note4. However, considering how Samsung screwed up the 4.4.2 update for my current GS3, I really don't want another locked bootloader phone. I am out of contract, and strongly considering going to ATT to get my Nex6. Doesn't help that a co-worker with ATT got his Nex6 a week ago, and has been showing it off... GRRR...
Com'on, Big Red, Sell me a phone already!

Just spoke to a sales rep on chat. He had no idea about the Nexus 6 or when it would be available and even mentioned "maybe we aren't planning on carrying it". Yeah, there are shortages but if this was the latest iCRAP there would have been advertisements all over the site a week in advance of the nation wide release date and they would have happily taken your money and put you on a wait list to receive it. Just more device/manufacturer bias. Local Sprint store has them in stock, played with the demo N6 for a half hour and it's amazing. On the plus side now that I'm off contract it's nice to see VZW does something for those not ready to upgrade immediately with the $25 off per line credit. That was a big gripe for a long time for me that once your contract is up you get no reduction in plan so you may as well upgrade and get something out of it. So good move VZW now get my N6 and you can keep the $25 line credit!

T-Mobile, AT&T, and Sprint have it right there on their websites for sale. If VZW wanted to sell the Nexus 6 it'd be available on their website. And it may not even have anything to do with VZW.
It could be Google. Does anyone remember the Samsung Nexus Galaxy disaster?
I'd just wait.

Yes they have it for sale... Finish off the process then check your email. It goes as far back at 4 months. They don't tell you they are out of stock and on backorder until AFTER you place your order.

Backordered? The Nexus 6 must be one special phone.

Yes they are all backordered. It's artificial. I think it's Motorola can't produce enough to appease initial orders.

More like they underestimated the demand. I have yet to see their other phones on backorder.
