My swype keyboard is missing after kitkat upgrade

Yes, for 30 days, then it's $4. I've had it on my Verizon phones for years by default.

Mine missing too after Kitkat upgrade. Not in Language and Input, not in Text Settings, not in Apps. I found the "Free" Swype app which actually is a limited time trial, then have to pay $3.99 which is not a big deal, but... I have to PAY for something I have been using for 3 years already which was just part of my phone?

Is this happening on all Android phones or just the Droid?

There are no Swype settings available anywhere including text settings.

...and the Google keyboard does swype-like typing well, but I can't long-press and get quick punctuation.

Verizon there are no settings to access to turn on swype. It is no longer on the phone yes I have checked everywhere.

Swype is also gone from my Razr Maxx HD. This is not good. Anyone have any idea on if this is on a list to get fixed??
