My new phone will not activate

Old phone is off (dead) and I have reseated the SIM card twice.  Phone set up okay via internet put phone will still not activate.  I even tried the procedure for changing to a new device on the verizon website with no avail.  What can I do?

I called and Jeff got me all set up.  It seems this may be a common problem with the Samsung S4 phones.  I am up and going now!  Thank you

Can you call customer service from another phone at 1-800-922-0204?
