My Stratosphere won't vibrate anymore when I get a text

I just got a new Stratosphere because my old one when crazy.

My old one and new one does not vibrate when I get a text message. I have it set so it is supposed to vibrate when I do but for some reason it doesn't. My first phone it did for about a month and then it stopped.

I would like it to vibrate again and I don't know why it stopped.

Have you already checked the text message application settings for it separate notification settings?

Hello lisajune2012,
Let's get your text messaging notification working again. As Ann154 mentioned, please make sure your settings are correct. This can be done by going to Messaging>Menu> Settings> Notification Settings> Vibrate.
I also wanted to confirm if you're using the stock messaging application or a third party application? If using a third party application, please remove and retest with the stock application.
