My HTC One has been completely losing service lately. It will still connect to wifi, but will not be getting any data service. Then it will start repeatedly restarting for an unpredictable amount of time. Has anyone been experiencing this issue as well?

Do you have the M7 or the M8.? try running a system cache clear if this does not fix the issue try running in Safe Mode see what that does if you see better results try removing the latest 3rd party update the one's from the Playstore one at a time but if your problem exist in Safe Mode drop of that mode and try running a Factory Reset.!
