I have a Stratosphere and just within the last couple of days when I talk to someone they tell me that they can't understand what I am saying and that I sound like my phone is muted or something. I can hear them just fine, notifications and ringtones are good. I am not holding the phone any differently that I ever have, so I don't think I'm blocking the microphone somehow. Any one else have this problem?
Hi radioislander! I’m sure this can be frustrating to the other party on your calls! I’d like to help. When did you notice this happening? Is it happening on all calls, incoming and/or outgoing? Do you use any type of cover or case? If so, please remove & retest. Let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!

Hi Anthony,
I resolved the problem. I removed the battery while the phone was on, replaced it after 3 seconds and turned the phone back on. This corrected the problem.
