Some how the contacts icon in the favorites tray disappeared. I found the widget under applications widget. When I press on the widget the home screen open. Dragging the widget to either the home screen or the tray results in the contact app opening but does not place itself on the screen or tray.
Wesleyrwallace, we can certainly figure this out together! First, which Android do you have? After the Contacts icon is on the main screen, try dragging and dropping it onto the Favorites tray again. If no change, do you have an open slot in the Favorites tray? If not, try removing another app.
