Motorola Droid Pro app connectivity

Hello!


I bought a refurbished Motorola Droid Pro last week.  It's great, except for a recent issue that keeps happening.

 

One minute, I am receive updates on Facebook/Twitter, then a few minutes later, I open any app and receive a message saying "Cannot retrieve the notifications. Please try again later. (Network Unreachable)" and the 3G logo disappears.  So far, the only way I can resolve the issue is by rebooting the phone, but that's only temporarily resolves the issue as it happens again a few minutes later.

Any idea what I can do to resolve this?
