Moto G7 no LTE and "Limited Connectivity"

My Moto G7 just restarted automatically, and now I do not have LTE service, no data, "Limited Connectivity" on my wifi, "Messages" not coming through. Restarted the phone multiple times, turned on airplane mode, reset network setting (wifi, mobile, bluetooth). Removed the sim card and waited, started in safe mode. In the past it looked like windows 10 did this to the Moto's. I have been on 10 with no issues until today.
