I disable them every time it reboots..I KEEP them disabled

Before the hard reset...and any time it reboots or I reboot it...I think it's just time to warranty it

You disable what after every boot? Once disabled, stays disabled. Force stopping/closing just restarts a process. You only disable Google backup BEFORE a wipe.

And don't get me wrong I LOVE VERIZON AND THEIR SUPPORT! been a customer for 15years..it's just this version of OS on this phone..waiting for update and hoping it fixes it..it's not Verizon's fault..it's LG testing the patches in labs before they can push...just frustrating

I was on phone with support guy..he had me disable certain bloatware...I don't use much 3rd party stuff...it was a cpl months ago. Not fresh in my head..like I said...just waiting on update n using safe mode alot

I want you phone to start working again mymichele_sv! I understand how frustrating it can be to have a phone freeze and do all kinds of things but don't worry we will get your phone working again.
