I switched over to the Share Everything Plan and set up the mobile hotspot on my HTC DNA. The hotspot (I have DATA active) on the phone syas that there is a connection (my netbook), and I connected from the netbook to the hotspot just fine, but the netbook sais No Internet Acess. I have already set up the mobil hotspot on the phone with the name and password I want so connecting to that is going just fine..just the hotspot is not connecting to the data service.
I love the hotspot feature on my phone so I know its just as important to you, vanced999!
The good news is the data seems to be functioning because the connection from the phone to the netbook itself required the devices data capabilities. If the netbook is not allowing a connection, I recommend checking into the settings on it. Have you been succesful in connecting the hotspot to other internet devices like iPod, tablet, etc? Let me know!
