I accidentally deleted a conversation and now I don't have the number anymore Anyway I can retrieve it?
i was told by customer service that Verizon keep a log of calls and text for 3 months and I can view them online in my Verizon account. unfortunately I cant figure out where to find it. I u figure it out please let me know
If you're the Account Owner of a post-paid account, log into the desktop version of My Verizon and then click the red View Usage Details button. Click Minutes, then use the drop-down to choose the appropriate line (if applicable).
If you want to search prior to the current billing period, go to the top of the My Verizon page and hover over My Billing & Usage, then click View Bill. Use the drop-down to choose the appropriate bill, then click Calls & Messages. Use the drop-down to choose the appropriate line (if applicable).
Bills and call logs are available for the past 18 months; text logs are available for the past 90 days.
