This update, which brings the rom to 2.41.605.6, doesn't seem to fix the connectivity issue with Exchange 2010. Disappointing since it was one of the items listed on the update sheet. Anyone else have a differing experience?

As per the manufacturer's website, the HTC Droid Eris supports Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 is not listed at the present time.
