I had over 300 photos on my phone. I created one album of about 50 photos and the rest of all my photos disappeared. they aren't in my cloud nothing is in the cloud and cloud is active. Where are all my photos?
Jimvango, we know how important it is to have all your photos. Depending on the phone model you have, the photos may have just been moved. Once way to locate them is to use the My Files app on your phone to look for them. Another option is to connect the phone to your computer with the USB cord and look through the files of your phone while on your computer. What make and model phone do you have?
