Lock screen wallpaper change won't save after lollipop update, stays on default

I Have tried to change the lock screen wallpaper but it stays on the hot air balloon default. This problem started once the lollipop update was done.

This is a known issue with the LP update program and  no fix has been released yet. A factory reset of your device may help in the short term followed with a new download of Lollipop.
