LG G4 won't play my downloaded musics and podcasts.

LG G4 won't play my downloaded musics and podcasts.  I have scanned the device, enabled the proper folders but it only recognizes the stock "Life's Good" songs.

They are typical mp3files.  I had to search for and find the only Program to recognize my mp3files. ALL the other programs only saw the stock files, "Life's Good"  Power Amp works ok for now
