I just purchased the new LG G4 today and am trying to download all my apps... nothing is updating and the Google Play screen has remained white for about an hour now... I just clearing the cache from both the Google Play & Google Play services applications manager, still nothing. Can anyone help!?
Try deleting the cache and the data, restarting your device and then signing back into the Google play store.
