Have to ask Motorola for that. Check their schedule page and is subject to change.

Look at their update schedule. Verizon doesn't make the update. If it says in development then it's still in Motorola's hands. The sooner they submit it the sooner you'll get it.

BTW, if by "you guys" you mean Verizon reps, you're talking to the wrong folks. This is a user-to-user forum. Any input from VZW reps is clearly marked as such by screen name and avatar. Tidbits (judging from his profile) is a mischievous Hawaiian monkey of some sort. No comments, please, on whether that by itself would disqualify him from being a VZW rep.

Here you go.

It hasn't been updated to reflect newer devices, but it was last updated Oct 1, 2012. So can't tell where they are with your update.

So if the manufacturer doesn't submit an update... Then what? How is Verizon could possibly give you any type of date? Until the manufacturer submits something Verizon will NEVER know unless the manufacturer says "We will not be making an update for X device."
Right now Motorola has updated their update page shortly AFTER I posted that one. Go have a look and see what it says from the manufacturers mouth. The question remains when will they submit the update.

We are talking about the Razr, and not the Spectrum. Motorola has NOT submitted an update yet and recently updated their schedule. Until Motorola SUBMITS something Verizon can't tell you. When Motorola submits something is AFTER they do their soak tests which THEY HAVE NOT DONE. So right now Verizon can't tell you a thing.
