Is it true that Verizon is offering free international calling to countries on its covid-19 list? I am unable to confirm this with a Verizon agent. How will I know it's free? I do not want a shocker of a bill next month showing a $2.49/minute call to another country. Gracias.

I don't have an international plan but got charged $44 during COVID times!

How does this work, when you are allowing on one side free calls and the other charging someone $44, because by mistake the call went through the wireless network vs the internet ( even when the feature is blocked on the phone and not subscribed)? 

I called and complained, they gave me a 50% discount for something I did not need. Most of the time, the associate was attempting to sell me an international plan!

I want to know why is Verizon not having proper disclosures before such calls go through, or sets up a voice alert if the system is trying to send out such a call ( like google voice).

It is important that companies need to build software and AI which is ethical vs finding loopholes to charge more!

Where can I lodge this complaint? No one is giving me an email address. Do I need to write to Hans Vestberg
