I can send photos, but .gif and videos don't display properly on the recipient's phone. I use hangouts, but the issue is also present in the default messaging app. After poking aorund on several forums I noticed that alot of people reported that the MMS Port should be set to 80 under the OS APN settings. My settings however show MMS Port: Not Set and the options to change it are greyed out.
I've tried using resetting the APN settings, rebooting the phone, using different apps, using both wireless and 4G, all to no avail.
Has anyone with this issue found a way to send .gif files successfully?
Thanks,

Thanks for confirming bewinship!
Just to clarify, have your video messages ever worked correctly? If so, when did you begin to have issues?
You can run your device in Safe Mode http://vz.to/1hmRxRm to determine if this issue is caused by a third party app.
Thank you,
