I cannot cast at all!

I have the Pro-Zone Wireless WiFi Display Miracast Dongle HDMI Airplay Adapter which is compatible with my kyrocera duraforce pro, and yet I still cannot get my phone to cast to it. I was able to get it to cast to my firestick shortly but it won't connect to that now either. Is there anyone who knows what I can do, to get it to connect. I spoke with tech support and they helped and it worked like I said for a few minutes on my firestick and now it won't connect yet again. Any help would be great! Thanks everyone.

I have done everything under the sun. I spoke with tech support and while I was in the phone with them, it worked for all of 5 mins. When we were done with the conversation and I went to cast again, it just wouldn't work. I've updated my dongle and my firestick both which refuse to let me cast. I had no problems with my htc 626 but this phone just refuses to connect it just shows a bunch of zeros when it's trying to connect.

Becwil76, we do appreciate everything that you have tried. Are other devices able to connect to these devices currently? Outside of casting anything else going on with the device?

I have a Motorola Droid turbo 2 that works just fine casting, but then my new Motorola z2 force edition will not. It starts to connect and pops up that it is then the screen blacks out and basically kicks the phone out of the cast screen. 😞

A little reading on the web, and it seems like for your phone and the dongle you have, the answer is - you can't reliably. I think you may be able to cast to a Chromecast-enabled device, but Miracast?

You might try a Miracast app from the Playstore. If you can't get anything to work, I would contact ProZone and ask what they recommend.
