I just upgraded to a Sony XPeria Z3 and was assured that I can receive group text messages sent by iphones. I started a group message with two iphone users and am not able to receive their messages within the group, but they can receive mine. Is there a setting I need to enable? Both of them turned on SMS and group messaging on their iphone. Thanks!

We appreciate the time you took to complete the software update, which was suppose to have corrected your issue with group messaging. When sending group messages are you using the Verizon Messages application? Let's have you test your phone in safe mode to see if any downloaded applications are affecting the functionality of your Sony Xperia: http://vz.to/1E9TUkb .

Hi there! I'm using the Verizon Messages+ app that came downloaded on my
phone. I just tried testing it out in safe mode and I still couldn't
receive someone's response. The only effective method I've seen work so far
is when I go onto my friends phones, delete any messages I have been in
previously, delete my contact, restart their phone, re-add my contact and
start a new group thread. But I can't tell everyone in my contacts to to do
that.
