How do I save pictures on my phone(Gallaxy S4) to the memory card?

Click here, then scroll to the bottom for how to move your files from the phone's storage to the memory card:

To always save photos taken with the camera to the SD card, open the Camera app, then Settings, and scroll to Storage ... it should indicate Memory Card by default with the SD card installed, but if it doesn't, tap Storage and change it to Memory Card.

Use the My Files or File Manager app in the phone. Select what photos you want and then "Move" them to the SD card.
