How do I restore default settings to the file manager app?

go to this discussion and tell me when I first went to play a podcast I got a pop up that asks if I want to play them using google play or some other player and selected the wrong one and told it to not ask me again.  how do I switch it back to the google play?

i go to settings...application manager but the file manger app does not appear as one of the options

i figured it out...it is settings...application manageer...3 little dots in uppper right corner....reset app preferences.
