This is how a Wireless company should treat their customers.

Sprint apologized for something that wasn't even in their control. Verizon has never issued a apology to their customers. They act like there's never an issue. How many times has 4G just gone down without them issuing a word. Or when the HTC Thunderbolt was a dud and now the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Verizon acts like they don't have to apologize since they are number 1. With the way they have acted in the last year, I highly doubt they'll remain number 1.
