Rebate was just DENIED by Verizon...they said you have get a NEW Google XL under a NEW contract...this was NEVER explained to me and wasn't listed anywhere I can remember....thanks so much Verizon for [removed] an Air Force Veteran out of $129.99

Verizon must sell subscriber based services. A free Google Home unit is a good incentive to add a line to an existing account or get someone to port a number from another carrier to a new account. If you did not meet the requirements they won't give it to you. You can't get it free if you have had the phone BEFORE the promotion started.
