That's odd. My area can do HD Voice but we are still don't have XLTE here. Not that is a prerequisite for HD voice but I'm wondering what an area needs exactly for HD voice.
I have a friend who works in this field on towers, he's telling me it's in a constant flux of change. I think this all has to do to XLTE/VoIP nation wide net system. From what I'm hearing they are pushing fast on this one.
Well as I said my area doesn't even have XLTE but I can make HD Voice calls. And Verizon was supposed to have XLTE everywhere by the end of the year. And even in areas where there is XLTE not all towers have it.
