Galaxy S5 nothing but problems

Galaxy I bought a Galaxy S5 in November of 2014 and have nothing but problems. I bought the cell at Best Buy Mobile for a special of $1 but with a 2 year Verizon Contract and had issues with the battery charging and when they told me I had to remove the battery the screen cracked and broke. It took over a week to get a replacement back from Geek Squad . This device keeps freezing, yesterday the battery went dead and thought it was the battery and had geek squad send me a free battery only to find out the charging port is bad. don't want to get into what happened next but will never again but from best buy mobile or a non Verizon insurance plan
