Thanks for the details, Christopher_M. We'll get your voice mail working! Log into www.vzw.com/signin as the account owner and select Change Features. Let us know which voice mail feature you have active (basic, basic visual, premium visual). If you see you're on a voice mail option you don't want, switch it easily from there. Once it's updated to what you'd prefer, make sure your phone is connected to Mobile Data and go to Settings>Manage Apps>All>Voicemail>Clear Data. This will not erase your voice mails but will reset your application to allow you to access voicemail.

I'm having the same issue, and I can't seem to find the change features button on my account. Can you tell me where it is?

lary43,

It's our pleasure to assist, so you can gain this access. Assuming your have Account Owner or Account Manager access on your My Verizon account, you will see the option to "Add Features to Your Plan" along the right hand side of your screen next to where you view the data/minute/message usage.

I am having similar issues. I have the welcome page with the message: "Due to the change...When finish the update..." It has two buttons: "Subscribe.." and "Call Voice Mail".

Two issues:

1. I had the phone for 1-month and I have not seen any update action. In fact, I verified and all updates had been applied to the phone.

2. When I hit "Subscribe..", nothing happens. It brings another page labeled Voice Mail and that is it ( no action.)

Btw, I am connected to 4G and not connected to WiFi.
