My husband just broke his second S4 screen in two months. He works in construction and he has dropped phones with unbelievable frequency, but this is the first one to be this vulnerable. He would like a solution that doesn't involve a huge thick case, but I am thinking a Lifeproof or Otterbox case is the most logical option.
I can get the screen replaced for $20 by the same place that replaced it the first time. Is there some sort of trim ring that could be put on the phone? The issue seems to be the glass screen going to the very edge of the phone without a trim ring. Or is a bulky (but tough) case our only option?
