Error when sending pictures

 I have a DROID and for the past few weeks I have noticed that every time that I send pictures via text message I get an envelope with an exclamation mark, I checked what that means and it says pending, however people do receive the pictures. How do I fix that? Is anybody else having the same issue?

Hi.  I am sorry you are having issues with sending picture messages and I will be happy to help you further.   Does this happen when you send it to different numbers?   If so, try to dial *228 option 2 to update your roaming.  When your roaming is updated, try to send a picture message to see if that works.
