Devour and Battery

I just got my Motorola Devour. I charge it every night and it always says 90% and never 100%. Even after charging all night.

Is this normal?

I'd try letting the battery drain until its completely dead. Perhaps over night, run the GPS maps program or something that runs even when the screen is off. (theres a few out there that probably shouldn't do this but do...!)

Then let it charge up in the morning. It may be best to do this over the weekend or sometime when you know you can stay home and let it charge fully.

Another option is to remove the battery for a few minutes. Maybe that will trigger a reset of whatever battery monitor it uses.
