For some reason, when I delete a thread form my messages the contact name still appears and will not go away even after repeated attempts to delete. It also has the date December 31, 1969 as the date of the text message. Has anyone else had this problem or is there something I can do to resolve this?
I've seen several threads/posts about this issue on this forum, affecting several different type phones. I don't remember any of the 'fixes' actually alleviating the problem. You may want to do a search.
