Over the last 4 years I have had T-Mobile, then AT&T,  Sprint, and now Verizon.  Out here in the suburbs of northern NJ not even AT&T can compete with Verizon.

The point is this they can do it but won't. There are a hundred tech companies out there that clearly state that it's possible.

My buddy has verizon un capped unlimited 4G data grandfathered into verizon, he has used over 80gb the last two weeks I can have him post it if u would like to see it for yourself. How many others are grandfathered in, alot and they seem to handle that just fine on their data network. So don't give me your lame [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] excuses about how it's not possible , how the networks can't handle it or how verizon doesn't have the money , the means, or the capabilities. Your full of [removed] and so is verizon. I'm done with this thread I've said all I think that needs to be said.

So because 1 person does it then everyone can...  That's a poor example.  There's plenty examples where a congested network even if everyone has unlimited usage goes to a crawl.  Went to college lately during peak usage? Switch carriers and force them to change their tune, but you are unwilling too because you know the grass isn't as green on the other side with those carriers that offer unlimited(albeit limited) data plans.

Why don't you go now... Those carriers are willing to buy you out to move there quicker...  I don't understand if you so happy you are not willing to do what it takes as quickly as possible to move.  I would have left a long time ago...

It's called being responsible, living up to your end of the deal, I made an agreement and I will live up to it. I'm not some 20yr college kid looking to one up some company by bailing on my responsibilities just to get a new s7 from another carrier because I think I deserve or should have this. But I am curious about one thing, why the [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] do you, someone I don't know nor have any affiliations with care what I do with my phone plans or any other aspect of my life. I am not your concern son. Why don't you go and troll some lame gamer forums with your free time. I simply wanted to state my case, I believe I've done that and will now be moving on.... gootimes!

Paying off the ETF is still keeping your end of the deal. There's a reason why it's there and it's to pay off the device.

@ Nightfurii:

You're sounding awfully defensive. Tidbits makes some valid points. If you're so unhappy there is no reason to think you're running out of your contractual obligations by leaving Verizon now. No matter how you slice it, Verizon will get paid. Your end of the deal is strictly monetary with Verizon. Do you really think they care if you're a customer for the full term of the contract???

So let me get this straight. You're mad because someone 10 years ago got unlimited data and still has it but our can't because VZW doesn't offer it anymore? Hmm I think I just saw a shipping notice for your participation trophy here somewhere. You may not be one of those 20 year old kids but man do you ever sound like them. Life isn't fair so get used to it. I had one of VZWs old unlimited plans for a long time... until I was told I couldn't keep it anymore if I wanted a new phone. Oh well guess I didn't mind because I'm still here.  Have fun with your chappy service and slow Internet with whoever you go with. You'll be back and I'd bet a years worth on phone bills on it.

No Thomas [removed] I'm mad because 10 years ago they gave away unlimited data and today say it's not possible. Something u need to know BTW I was in a verizon store yesterday where I upgraded to the new s7 and he told me that they raised the price on those unlimited plans 20 dollars and u can now upgrade your phone and keep ur unlimited so don't u  look [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] right now. Loving how someone points something out and the rest chime in to troll or make this some personal attack thread. And I'm acting 20?
