I am most disturbed & frustrated by the lack of attention & interest by both Verizon staff & Execs with regard to the ongoing problems both current and new customers are having with the locking up & seizing of the Casio Commando G'z One 4g. Customers who already receivd replacement phones, followed recommended tips to reset their phones with no resolution. Even online discussions are no longer avail see attached file.
Instead we are asked to visit a store for a replacement, if out of warranty pay for a new one. You would think that the ever profitable smart phone market would have Verizon Wireless work to find a resolution with the manufacturer Casio to help their customers find a resolution.
Maybe they would better respond to class action suits, consumer affairs inquiries, attorney general inquiries! They best should understand that many people honestly rely on their phones for various situations, especially a carefully chosen rugged phone like this!
