Anyone have any ideas....phone freezes not a on regular but freezes. If the screen is on and the phone freezes, it drains the battery in 2 minutes. Up to date software, new battery have hard reset several times.
Mine has been doing the same for about two weeks now along with a whole host of other crazy things. This phone has had problems from the day I got it, some they fixed others are still there. I am getting no place with CS except try this or try that. I am definitely looking for another carrier, I can handle mistakes but they are trained to say wow we never had that issue before yet you can find thousands. Fed up.
