I have seen the response to this all over the place but whenever someone else posts a similar situation no one from Verizon seems to want to address the discrepancy. I cannot receive any texts that are sent to multiple recipients or texts containing any images as long as my WIFI is actively turned on. I have a Razr M. However, my wife's Samsung Galaxy phone DOES get the texts. We are sitting in the same room and we both receive notifications that we have a text. She can immediately read and/or see the text and all I see is the word "downloading". We both have mobile data enabled. What else is going on and how do I get this resolved? It is not practical to have to turn off WIFI every time a text comes in to my phone. As a matter of fact, it is making me want to look to alternatives that do not include Verizon or Android.
