Can only see contact info for one phone

I currently have 4 phones on my plan.  When I try to access the contacts online I can only view one particular phone.  How do I view the other phones' contacts?  I have not found a way to navigate to the other phones' contact info.

Each phone line has to have its own My Verizon account to be able to see the contacts backed up on the phones.

Not sure I understand or it doesn't make sense to me.  Each phone is listed separately on My Verizon.  Each phone syncs.  I can navigate between the phones to see usage.   My son's phone, when I checked has the cloud set up for it.  My phone has the cloud set up.  I can view my contacts on the cloud on my phone, but cannot see them on the website.  So are you telling me I would have to set up 4 individual accounts to see contacts online?  Will that affect my billing...ie...do I have to go to 4 individual plans too?

Yes, if you're the Account Owner and logged in as such, you'll see the usage statistics for each phone.  But to see each phone's backed-up contacts, each phone line will need its own My Verizon account.  Separate My Verizon accounts for each phone line is totally separate from your account plan/billing

Thanks for the info.  Seems kind of redundant.

It is and it isn't.  When you set the other lines up for My Verizon, they'll be listed as Account Members, so the info. available on those log-ins will be limited.
