Camera crash!

The camera on my "like new" Turbo Ballistic keeps crashing. I have only managed to take a few photos. I cannot retrieve photos from Cloud, either. I need this for my work. I tried calling tech support, but I am supposed to call from a different phone. I only have one phone.

Look for something like Settings>Applications>Application Manager

Once you get to application manager scroll to "All" and find "Camera" - force stop, clear the cache and data and restart your phone and try the camera again.

Won't restarting the phone erase all my apps?

Umm...just restart it, don't reset it. Hold power, select restart.

So far, so good. Thanks! My favorite Verizon guy wasn't at the store and his sidekick tried to sell me a "better phone". He has no product loyalty at all.
